We are based in the UK and work during certain hours of the day. However, during fulfillment, we are trying to be as available as possible to the community. If you message us outside of the hours below, we will likely respond within the next 24 hours.
Our in-office hours are 10:00 a.m. BST (5:00 a.m. EST/2:00 a.m. PST) to 4:00 p.m. BST (11:00 a.m. EST/8:00 a.m. PST) Monday – Friday.
Known Problems and Solutions
Known Problem: Email not matched
If the account you are logged in with has an email address that does not match the email address you used on your Kickstarter Account when you backed Scorched Basin. This lack of a match means you are not being recognised by our website as a backer and cannot gain access to your Kickstarter Rewards.
Solution:
We recommend you double check what your email address was on Kickstarter when you backed the Scorched Basin Kickstarter campaign and then change the email address for your HaTDBuilder account so they match.

If you prefer, you can start over by logging out and making a new account instead.
